Tailgate Clothing was a collegiate lifestyle brand under American Eagle Outfitters. These illustrations were created for email and web campaigns, rooted in hand-drawn sketches before moving into Illustrator. The hand-lettered typography was intentional. I wanted it to feel like a fan-made sign from the stands, loose and energetic, while still working within Tailgate's established brand system.
